Lowcountry Habitat for Humanity

Utilizing donations of funding and materials and volunteer time, Habitat builds or renovates houses that are sold to qualified, low-income families with a no-interest, no-profit mortgage.  Mortgage payments go to our Fund for Humanity to build additional houses.

Habitat's ReStore serves the community by selling used items at reasonable prices, reducing the amount of construction and household materials in landfills by thousands of pounds each year and promoting awareness of LowCountry Habitat's mission to end substandard housing in northern Beaufort County.  Proceeds provide funding for materials to build Habitat houses.
